TNS-12537 TNS:connection closed

Dear Newsgroup,
I have an Oracle Server 8.1.7.0.0 on an NT4-Server SP 6 platform. When I want to connect me with SQL-Plus I got the Error: TNS-12537 TNS:connection closed
The Server has no configuration change.
The listener is running and the oracle-service is running too. I have restated the services 100 times.

Please help.
It's very hurry.
