Hello everyone. I've been off the list for a while, so I hope this subject hasn't been beaten to death while I was gone. I did some searches in the archives but didn't come up with anything.

When Oracle announced the new $15,000/$40,000 per CPU pricing back in June, the announcement said there would be an "easy formula to convert UPU's" to the new scheme within a week. Unfortunately I can't find that formula. Does anyone have it?
