        Yea, you got the right point. I was using a server, which had a P4 processor.

        After lots of searches on metalink, I found the problem and The workarounds ;-))

        Great Bug for Great architecture ;-)

Oh yeah....and how. Yours is a Pentium 4 box ? then read on... It's a well-known problem...
The reason for this is that the P4 architecture has problems with the Java Just
In Time installer.
I'm not going to repeat it here.
