RE: Anybody heard Oracle will remove the JVM from Oracle in futur

Scott,

Java is buried deep inside the entire Oracle Apps 11i product suite, making it literally impossible to get it out of the RDBMS in the future. Getting rid of the 'java-fied' installer may be easier and that could be the only utility that they will be able to get out of - if at all :(
