Freelist question.

I have some stats tables to collect statistics. So I have to insert about 500K records into each table per day. It seems like it has some contention

CLASS                      COUNT
data block                  1298                      

free list                   0   

How do I determine how many freelist for these tables? There will be insert-intensive on these tables, will be archived/deleted after a few weeks.
