PL/SQL package to emulate MySQL functions?

Does anyone know of a PL/SQL package that defines functions to emulate MySQL builtins? That is, MySQL functions like:

        substring_index(...)
        unix_timestamp(...)
        find_in_set(...)

If not I guess I may be writing one myself...

Tim.
