Do you have sysdba or sysoper privs and are you connecting to OEM with sysdba/

through command prompt i got export/import facility .but with same user (with all permissions),i am not able to do same job.

error is:

The following error has occurred while trying to make the connection to the target database using preferential credentials

ora-01031:insufficient previleges.
