RE: OT_salary

I have been to the UK a lot... as far south as Sandwich and Dover and up the east coast to Woodbridge, Beccles etc... also been to Scotland as far north as Ulapool. I have also lived in the US for the last 6 or 7 years in various places upstate NY, Michigan, Rhode Island and Connecticut. I would have to say that I would vote for the US as having the lower cost of living.

The average salary for a med. DBA in Moscow is about 12K per year. Hey, any volunteer to join our teem ? ;-)
