I think that it displays the information you desire. If not, you might look at the scripts catblock.sql and utllockt.sql in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin. I haven't used them, but have seen them mentioned. If you want a script for your users to run, you may end up writing a script based on what you see in these scripts. They probably just go after information in the V$ tables.
