XP can only be used on ONE machine. It takes a branding and authorization code from M$$$ to activate it. If by chance you get around the activation code it will be checked when you go to the internet and against a master table that M$$$ has. If it is an unauthorized "copy" then you are breaking the law and on your own. M$$$ can then prosecute if they desire. We have a 10 machine development license and each machine has to have a different authorization code from M$$$$. The machine branding is dependent upon the hardware making up the machine. ROR mª¿ªm
