wait events & v$filestat.readtim

Are the 'db file scattered read' and 'db file sequential read' waits directly related to the readtim values in v$filestat?

For every 1/100th sec of v$filestat.readtim, should I see corresponding wait time reported for the 'db file scattered read' or 'db file sequential read'?

If this is the case, where would I find the corresponding I/O value(s) for the 'direct path read' wait event?
