Hi JOE,

   The reason I posted this question in the list some time back was that this was one of tricky questions during one of my interviews( I do not know what was the senior DBA's goal asking this type of question ) I was amazed when I came to know that it can be droped ( I mean user SYSTEM )

Any way , let us be in safe side always ....
