RE: Droping System User

Um, I have to disagree, although I must admit I will not try it. Its a good way for people to get used to backup and recover. And that is never a bad thing.

So - why bother? Your having problems doing it - it SHOULDN'T be done! Why test something, and if it doesn't work try to get to the bottom of it - when you should NEVER put it in to practice anyway?

Your wasting precious time that could be spent reading about tuning/backup/recovery/new features etc.

Give up :)

 I am doing that on a test DB .Some guys were able to drop SYSTEM user without any probem ...But I am facing some problem while droping it ..
