Hi,

I am using Oracle EE 8.1.6.3.0.

I can implement what you suggested in the future.

Thanks a lot,
Sharon

Sharon,
It is not possible to get that information without some setup already in place.

What version of the database are you using?

If 8i, you may want to consider enabling password management features by setting password resource limits. Pl review $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlpwdmg.sql script for some ideas...

HTH, Regards,
