yes, it is working....

I have one more doubt. Is a password file required to use sysdba privilege.

means creating a password file using orapwd utily.

orapwd file=/tmp/xyz password=abc entries=n

The command must be:

exp userid=\'system/password_at_remotelink as sysdba\'......

The sysdba priv has to be after the connection link.
