proper db_file_multiblock_read

VERITAS File System 3.3.3
VERITAS Volume Manager 3.0.4
Oracle Enterprise 8.1.6.3
DB block size 16K

I try to decide what will be the best value for the db_file_multiblock_read_count ? Can anyone according the following configuration and shed some insight.
