Sunil,

    Depends on what your job is doing. From the error message I would expect that it needs an exclusive lock on a database object that someone else is using.  Please post the code.

Hi Guys,
While running a job(with lot of updates)in oem i get this error:

ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified.

data base is 8.1.7 on NT.
please help me how to fix it.
