As I stated, the initxxx.ora contains 'db_domain = WORLD'.   In fact, all our databases init.ora files contain the same 'db_domain = WORLD' and yet all links and global names come out with 'cj.com' on 8 different physical boxes.  Is there someplace else you are asking about?  I don't know where else to look.
