Yes..it is ok also on both machinese sqlplus . But I found out something that I run my packages in Oracle 8.1.5 and Oracle .7.3.2 , that is no problem on that because the result is quiet fast compare with this oracle 8.1.6 ?
Is there any bug fix on this , in the mean time I contact Quest Software through email about this already, still waiting for feedback.

Did he try the SQL*Plus on your machine or his? Perhaps try SQL*Plus on the same machine if you have not already.
