you might want to take a look at Schema Manager from Quest Software
(www.quest.com)... it will not only show you what has changed since the
last time you used it... but also build you the code to apply and rollback those changes to different systems... for use when migrating changes from dev to test to pilot and then on to production. It's a great product for change management.
