Try the story of Chicago flood, NY WTC bombing 199x,

They are one technique which is using mobile server, server in mobile container batteries and satellite communication. is impossible for terrorists to attack this facility.

I'm curious. With all that's going on in New York, were any Oracle databases lost? Has anyone had to activate a disaster recovery plan and bring up their database at a new location? If so, how did that go? It would be interesting, and possibly instructive, to hear some real-life stories about what went wrong, what went well, etc.
