Depends if you have cache or not, and the volume of your traffic.

Higher stripe size will give you better bandwidth and more efficient I/O but may not utilize the stripe efficiently. With a cache, then generally you can usually raise your stripe size.

You should do some monitoring and see what your average service request size is. And go from there.

   The question is:

        What stripe size should I use to configure the RAID 0+1? and why?
