Since a decent number of list members seem to have an insatiable urge to inundate this list with OFF TOPIC posts, please at least have the courtesy to flag them as "OT:" so these can be easily filtered into the bit bucket by those who desire not to be bothered by them.

In the recent past, the Off Topic posts have exceeded on topic ones.
