Have to agree with you two, and take it a little further. i know way to many sa's and dba's that think that their customers (endusers) have no rights and should be taken out and shot, rather than treating them like the customers that they are and what keeps us in a job.

And i have had good to very poor results with (don't want to just pick on compaq) compaq, ms, oracle, etc... etc.. etc... ad-nauseam...
