If you know some basic HTML, I would think the best way would be to send the output of the query to a file via UTL_FILE, formatting it into HTML along the way. I saw a Oracle sales geek do this once demonstrating how to use DBMS_JOB and UTL_FILE to refresh static web pages on a website on a periodic basis.

On a good day, I'm challenged to spell HTML so I need advice. I have a strightforward SQL query that produces our internal phone list. I'd like to make this data available on our Intranet.

What is the simplest way for me to "webify" this output? This can really be a static webpage; rather than doing a real time DB query anytime somebody wants to look at the phone list on the web.
