SQL*LOADER ERROR

Hi gurus,

Greetings.

c:\> sqlldr80 userid=msalah/msalah_at_qtel control=c:\test.ctl

ORA-12203: TNS:unable to connect destination SQL*Loader-704: Internal error: ulconnect : OCIServerAttach [-1]

But am able to connect with SQL*Plus with the same username/password.

Why it's showing this error, then?.

Am using oracle 8.0.4, on Win NT.
