You want to do something like...
CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER CheckEname
BEFORE UPDATE OF ename ON Emp_Tab
...
You could also optionally include a WHEN clause to further restrict the firing of the trigger on that column if you're going to be dealing with a row-level trigger.
