You'd be surprised what people don't know. Marlene and I never thought that we had anything to present... except we continually get people coming up to us telling us they have learned so much from our presentations (my goal, stolen from Peter Smith of the Ottawa users group, is to have people take away at least one new thing).
We finally figured out that we did know stuff others don't. Heck, you answer questions here. If someone knew the answer already, they wouldn't post the question, right?
