First:

Searching metalink (http://metalink.oracle.com) for "ORA-07445 dredseek()" will return 3 hits,
including the OWWS reply "...this could be bug:1095728."

Searching on "ORA-00600 [12700]" returned 39 hits.

Check it out. Fill out an iTar. Hound OWWS incessantly until you have a solution.
