I'm currently looking at Gurry and Corrigan's Oracle Performace Tuning on this site.  I don't of there are any charges involved. The math/compsci department here has a trial one month agreement. There's quite a bit on the site including a new book on RPG. I wonder how much RPG could possibly be out there?
