Eric, this is hilarious.

Was this an attempt to understand an e-mail? I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the messages going through the list.

I strongly suggest that people not write their PhD thesis in English, submit it through babelfish, then try to have it accepted at the Sorbonne...

(traduction par ordinateur aux anglais:) If you look at the stats, in addition to the CPU with 95%, your discs are also to 100%?

(traduction par ordinateur aux anglais:) Which kind of plan of access you have? Do you have a data model out of star (star diagram) ass ez pure? With my current customer, it is a little hybrid and obviously Ca causes problems.

(traduction par ordinateur aux anglais:) Normally, the principal work of the feeding of the facts is to make a lookup on the tables of dimensions to go to seek the generated key. You are perhaps better to do a large join between the table of loading and your dimensions, as that Oracle will make hash-join. Secure yourself of " booster rocket " the hash_area_size and to put the hint suspends on the insert and to create the table in nologging.
