FormsListenerServlet problem (FRM-92100)

Hi,
  After download and configuration of forms patch5 on O9iAS, by using it's FormsListenerServlet, I encountered the following error:

  "-- FRM-92100: Your connection to the Server was    interrupted.
   This may be the result of a network error, or a    failure on the Server. ..."
All it's tests icluding the creation of forms runner and connecting to it passes successfully, but when running a form, right after creating the applet and form runner, when it wants to establish the connection with client, it fails with this error.

Any help or comment would be greately appreciated...
