Thanx to all who responded on my query about Data Load options. I've tried to summarise below. To try and put a lid on it I'd appreciate feedback on gaps, any corrections and obs on data volume metrics.

Low volume = <10Mb
Medium volume = >10Mb <100Mb
High Volume = >100Mb
