Concurrent user license is not dependent on amount of instances, however Oracle probably maintains mimimum numbers per server.

I am just curious if anyone knows anything about concurrent user licensing. My question is: am I limited to the number of instances or just to concurrent users? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
