Hello all,

If I want to know which data files are the busiest, can I assume that from the following query:-

SELECT SUBSTR(name, 1, 128), f.phyrds, f.phywrts

      FROM v$datafile d, v$filestat f
      WHERE f.file# = d.file#
      ORDER BY phywrts

If there is vast difference between the physical reads and physical writes, then that particular data file would be the busiest? Is this true?

rgds,

raja
