OEM Implementation

Greetings:
I am trying to come up with the best way to group my events in OEM/OMS. I know this is a matter of preference, but I was hoping to rely on the experience and best practices of the group.

So, I am asking: what is the best way you've found to group your events? There are many variables here such as what events to group together, how often they should be ran, what should be considered critical, etc.

Currently the way we have things setup is on a instance by instance event. So we would have like 4 events for one instance, each varying in level and by what we consider to be critical, important, warning, info.

Any help would be great!

Thanks,
Jeff Guggenmos
