Oracle high availability

I'm new to the list and was recently assigned working on Oracle high availability for NT and HP-UX
platforms. We have Oracle 8 currently running in production but my research should show all options
including 9i. Any research, urls, white papers, recommendations or implementations are greatly
appreciated.
