I am not sure what you are talking about. However if
it matters to a NLS thing, try with setting NLS_LANG
to language and country character set and ORA_NLS33 or
ORA_NLS32 in the registry. The key is
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE and the HOME you
would need it.
If you were talking about the first mail, you would
need to create the database. Then create all the
tablespaces. Empty, of course. And then import the
structures and data through the import utility of
Oracle. About the registry, yes if you restore all
software with the same directories and in a similar
location. I mean yes to export and import the
registry.
