Importing data from dump exported with different character set

Hi All

I have been given the task to export the data from the database which has the character set of USASCII7 and import it into Databse with UTF8 character. However when I try to this the import fails with error. I also searched oracle mannual but was unable to find any relevant information. Can anyone please tell me how to accomplish this task
