Online backup script..........

Hello guru's,

        I am using one database in nonarchive log mode, I want to change it to archive log mode.

        Platform Windows nt 4.0
        Oracle 7.3.0
        database size 10GB.

Can any body give me the script which will automatically take online backup of my database?
