Data Transfer to Oracle 8i from SQL server 6.5 and back

    I need urgent guidence on how best we can transfer the data from Sql server 6.5 to Oracle 8i database and back to Sql server 6.5

pl. suggest if any site is already having readymade scripts.

if possible pl. suggest alternate methods too.
