EMN0 is responsible for AQ. I assume
that Dave is on 8.1.7. If yes, then AFAIK that message related to EMN0 is just 'normal' behavior

  that, the max number of connections to the database(if i remember correctly),   what lends you to believe thats the culprit?    
  Also what is emn0 process?
