Hey, donuts your not speeding, and considering even goverment GPS can't detirmine anything within 3 feet because of the garbage purposely put in the air to make it harder for foreign countries to use our GPS for targeting they won't know. But you can tell from the tire wear. That is always the best way to analyze how someone drove a car. they should have sensors that measure the wear from top to bottom and on each side. From there you can get an idea of how fast they drove and how wreckless based on number of miles driven. And that would be an inexpensive laser machine. If anyone invents this, I want royalties.
