Here is a quick blurb from Metalink's page on product availability for R11i Applications. It maybe of some help.

Oracle Platform Roadmap

Oracle's customers deploy data servers, development tools, applications, and application servers on a short list of
systems. This system consolidation enables Oracle to make its suite of products available for simultaneous release
on the following operating systems:

    Compaq Tru64
    Linux Intel
    HP HP-UX(64-bit)
    IBM AIX(64-bit)
    Sun SPARC Solaris
    Windows NT

With Oracle Applications 11i, the Application tier will not be natively available on Compaq Alpha OpenVMS, Data
General DG/UX, IBM ptx [formerly Sequent Reliant UNIX], Novell Netware, SCO Unixware, SGI IRIX, and
Siemens Reliant Unix.
