I have a client that has been
doing it for a few months now without any problem. D2K 1.6 is based on a 7.3 client, so I installed it in a separate ORACLE_HOME than the 8.1 client they use for everything else, and they are coexisting peaceably.

  We are planning to move to the WIN2000 stable but cannot   upgrade our forms right away. So are there any issues with the running of the   ancient Developer 1.6.1 on Win2000. I know we are still in medevial times, but   cant help that.
