hi,
 

do the syntax 'public' in DDL means
any new user with connect , resource (default) privileges would entitles
him to access such objects without any special privileges.
 

i should say whether its
synonym, view, etc..
or we need to grant specific
privileges on the object for any operation.
 

any different idea
