Backup Control File Privilege

I am trying to grant a user the privilege to backup the control file to trace. I cant seem to find a system privilege that does this. I have run

select distinct privilege from dba_sys_privs

but cant see a privilege to backup the control file. Can anyone tell me where I might find the complete list of system privileges?
