Another problem I've encountered occurs specifically when downloading with Netscape 6 (Mozilla). It attempts to unzip the file for you--without asking or mentioning this--and corrupts it in the process. Or something like that. I've downloaded the files from Technet with Netscape 4.7x and it works fine for me.
