I just spoke with a compaq sales droid and she kindly said she
would arrange to have my db installed at one of their sites
around the country.  This would let you see exactly how it 
will work, as long as you can come up with some loading 
simulation.  She said there were about four of these sites,
MD and CA are the only two I remember.  They are pretty hungry
to sell systems.  You don't even have to travel to the site,
though you can if you want to.
