We have Enterprise Edition 8.1.7.1 on Sun Solaris 2.6.

My manager needs a definitive answer. Is DBMS_OBFUSCATION free with this version of Enterprise Edition server or is it part of an extra-cost add-on.

All definitive answers welcome. I have a call in to Oracle but they have not yet responded. My manager wants to know today.

Thanks,
